Terms of Service

1. Agreement
By accessing or using the Ready Team platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Ready Team Pty Ltd (ABN 00 000 000 000).
2. Service description
Ready Team provides construction management software including estimating, job management, site operations, and AI agent services (Bob and Betty). The platform is provided on a subscription basis.
3. Subscriptions & billing
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. You may cancel at any time with 30 days notice. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods. Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable.
4. Assessment and onboarding
Every new account begins with an assessment. Onboarding includes a one-time calibration and setup investment as quoted for your business, covering data migration and custom setup of the system. Your subscription begins when your account goes live.
5. Your data
You retain full ownership of all data you input into Ready Team. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your data. You grant us a limited licence to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the service.
6. AI agents (Bob & Betty)
Bob and Betty are AI agents that process invoice and financial data. While we strive for accuracy, you are responsible for reviewing and approving all AI-generated actions before they take effect. Ready Team is not liable for errors that arise from approvals you make.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the platform for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform, to upload malicious code, or to resell or sublicence access to the platform.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, Ready Team's total liability for any claim arising from these terms or your use of the platform is limited to the fees you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
